3. Client Obligations

• check_circleIndemnify us against any claims arising from your failure to provide accurate information or comply with your obligations.

4. Fees and Payment

• check_circleAll invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date unless otherwise specified.
• check_circleWe reserve the right to charge interest on overdue accounts at the prevailing prime rate plus 2%.
• check_circleWe may require an advance payment or retainer before commencing certain services.
• check_circleAll fees quoted exclude VAT and any other applicable taxes.

5. Confidentiality

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
